30-min consultation and support
You can use this consultation and support prior to the process or after the development.
Provide brand elements
You'll be given an access to a Dropbox folder to share your brand elements, and provide course context and any important notes.
Approve the course theme
Review the initial 5 design slides before development begin. We offer one complimentary version prior to approval.
Receive your branded template
Once the concept is approved, you'll receive a completed developed branded template with placeholder content. You'll get 1 opportunity to review and make revision on the final template.
Choose the base template
The base template will establish primary navigation, layout, and master slides.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my branded template?
Before receiving your final branded template, you will need to approve the initial concept theme. This will be sent to you within 3 days of receiving your brand guidelines.
Once the concept is approved, you will receive the fully developed branded template in 1 week.
Total approximate turn around time is 1-2 weeks.
What if I am not happy with the design?
You have 2 complimentary revisions on the concept stage. Beyond that, it is additional US$250 per revision.
Can I request custom features?
Custom features requests are subject to additional cost.
What if I don't have any brand guidelines?
The minimum asset we need is a logo.
If you don't have any brand guidelines, you may provide design examples or written direction.
What is included in the handover?
You are entitled to receive the final Storyline file and any design assets, unless stated otherwise.
What is your payment, refund and cancellation policy?
To commence the project, pay 50% upfront through bank transfer. You will receive an invoice to complete final payment upon delivery.
We offer deposit refund and cancellation if we haven't received any brand elements or if we haven't started any concept work.
Unfortunately we don't offer refund nor cancellation if the concept work has started.
